ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mrs Sue Hogan, [pen-name Suzanna] was born to pioneer missionaries in Ethiopia, and gained good Bible teaching from them when they pastored several Baptist Churches in N.Z. with a strong emphasis on world mission and the return of Jesus and therefore a need to be totally dedicated to Him. Gaining a diploma from the Bible College of N.Z. followed training as a registered nurse & midwife.
The loss of her husband did not prevent her from serving the Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship of N.Z. for 5 years to promote an interest in Christian world mission, nor from co-ordinating a prayer group for revival in ‘Prayer For Auckland’ until 1991. Following a visit to Israel, Sue became the co-ordinater of another prayer & information group, called ‘Focus on the M.E.’ for 12 years to 2004. This group, sponsored by the G.O.Fellowship, saw from Scripture & visiting speakers from the M.E, that Jewish & non-Jewish people from that part of the world will be a main part of God’s Endtime Plan.
During this time she has written 2 small books, available free through this ministry. An extended visit to live in Israel, in the late 90’s gave some insights to the needs there, and contacts with the Believers there, both Jewish & non-Jewish. Some of Sue’s best support comes from both her married son, & her daughter & son-in-law, John, who, with others, have made this web site possible, for which she praises God! John is the capable & gifted web master for this site. Other friends help with proof reading, advice and prayers. News is shared with about 100 friends bi-monthly in our ‘One Watchman’s Newsletter’.
